border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;"&gt;Når jeg opprettet&amp;nbsp;denne bloggen, tenkte jeg på å legge inn alt av interiørideene mine, hobbyene mine og bilder jeg har tatt. Altså en samling av fritiden min. Men så kom jeg jo på at dette er en ypperlig mulighet til å legge ut "dagens middag" for å kanskje hjelpe andre, og ikke minst, hente inspirasjon når man selv er matlei. For det er jo så enkelt, og min livsstil har jo bestått de siste 6 mnd av LCHF (Low Carb, High Fat) &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;"&gt;Men siden det bor 3 andre i huset, 2 som skal vokse, og en som ikke bryr seg døyt om LCHF eller annen diett for den saks skyld, må jeg kombinere LCHF og hverdagskost. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;"&gt;LCHF er en livsstil der du lever på proteiner og fett, og kutter ut sukker. ALT med sukker. Og matvarer med stivelse. Dvs at man spiser så mye kjøtt, fett&amp;nbsp;og grønnsaker man vil. Selv har jeg tatt av 6kg ved å kutte ut poteter, ris, pasta, korn, mel og sukker i kosten. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;"&gt;Jeg var i tvil med å starte denne dietten/livsstilen helt til min venninne fortalte med om hele gangen i lavkarbokostholdet. Jeg fikk mye inspirasjon igjennom henne og er så heldig at jeg får oppskrifter og tips på det meste fra den kanten ennå&amp;nbsp;:) Og nå angrer jeg ikke et sekund på at jeg begynte! Når den siste omgangen er stekt, heller du oppi all kjøttdeigen tilbake i pannen&amp;nbsp;og hele boksen med pepperosten.
